stay healthy in the sun



  • constrain sun exposure between 10:16 AM 
  • Expose yourself continuously and not too long 
  • Use only sunscreen specially made to your skin type is appropriate SPF factor – (at least 15 for the dark- skinned and light skinned people at least 30) 
  • Repeat applying of sunscreen every two hours and after per swim, regardless of the level of prevention that it provides 
  • Don't apply sunscreen to extend the time in the sun 
  • Don't dis-remember – sunburns are dangerous, peculiarly for children! 
  • Put on light and airy clothes made of natural materials and don't dis-remember the headdress and sunglasses 
  • Persons with varicose veins and capillaries sunbathing is not necessary 
  • Don't use bleach having pigmentation, but those that protect their occurrence.
